01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tk10e ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the online casino and sports betting services available at tk10e.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications.

02 Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
Access to tk10e is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Individuals under the age of 21 are expressly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any real-money activity on the platform. tk10e enforces this restriction through a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process that must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. We reserve the right to request age-verification documentation at any time, including at the point of registration.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
tk10e's services are made available to players who are physically located in Bangladesh. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming services is not prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
2.3 One Account Per Player
Each individual may maintain only one registered account on the tk10e platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether through shared device, shared IP address, shared payment method, or matching personal details — tk10e reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein, including bonuses and pending withdrawals.
2.4 Accurate Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure. tk10e is not liable for any loss arising from a player's failure to provide accurate registration details.
KYC Verification: tk10e may request supporting documentation — including a national identity card, passport, driver's licence, or utility bill — to verify your identity, age, and address at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or permanent closure.
03 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your tk10e account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use another player's account under any circumstances.
tk10e strongly recommends that all players enable SMS OTP two-factor authentication (2FA) on their account. This feature is available from the account security settings panel and provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access. We also recommend using a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
You must notify tk10e immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting our support team via live chat. tk10e will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
tk10e applies industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections, bcrypt password hashing, login-location monitoring, and automatic lockout after five consecutive failed login attempts. 04 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
tk10e accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through verified Bangladeshi payment channels. Currently supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. tk10e does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service (MFS) provider's standard charges may apply to individual transactions.
4.2 Deposit Processing
All deposits made via supported payment methods are credited to your tk10e account balance in real time, typically within 30 seconds of a confirmed transaction. In rare cases where a technical issue causes a delay, the deposit will be credited automatically once the transaction is confirmed. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal request is processed.
- The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold applicable to your chosen payment method.
- Any active bonus balance and associated wagering requirements must be fully cleared before a withdrawal can be initiated.

4.4 Currency

We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and to delay or refuse any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or suspicious activity. 05 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by tk10e are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by the specific terms attached to that promotion in addition to this Agreement. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds awarded to your account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the promotion terms; unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
5.3 Eligible Games
Not all games on the tk10e platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general rule, slots contribute 100% of each wager toward the requirement, while live dealer games, table games, and sports betting wagers may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all. Game-specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
tk10e reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a single-use promotion, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaged in systematic bonus abuse will be permanently suspended.
5.5 Seasonal & Local Promotions
tk10e periodically runs promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events including Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March), as well as sports events such as the BPL cricket season and T20 World Cup. All such promotions are subject to their own specific terms and time limits.
06 Game Rules & Fair Play
tk10e offers games from certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own set of rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before participating.
All casino games available on tk10e use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness and statistical randomness. The outcome of every spin, hand, or round is determined entirely by the RNG and is not influenced by previous results, bet size, player history, or any other external factor.

07 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk10e platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

- Creating more than one account, or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
- Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.

- Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any other game where player interaction influences outcomes.

- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or tk10e staff through any communication channel.

08 Responsible Gaming

The tk10e name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks of tk10e. Unauthorised use of any tk10e trademark or brand asset is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk10e shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or damage to your device or software.
tk10e does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages, or third-party service failures may occasionally affect platform availability. We will endeavour to minimise downtime and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.
tk10e is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party game provider's software. Any dispute regarding the outcome of a game provided by a third-party studio should be directed to that studio's player dispute resolution process in the first instance.
In all cases where tk10e's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11 Privacy & Data Protection
tk10e collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We collect personal information including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gameplay history for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and service improvement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
tk10e retains your personal data for as long as your account remains active and for such additional period as may be required by applicable law or legitimate business necessity. 12 Amendments & Account Termination
12.1 Amendments
tk10e reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via an in-platform notification. The updated terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12.2 Termination by Player
You may close your tk10e account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat and requesting account closure. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, and any active bonus funds will be removed from your balance.
12.3 Termination by tk10e
tk10e reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the player has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) the player has provided false registration information; (c) tk10e has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (d) regulatory or legal requirements mandate account closure; or (e) continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to the platform or other players. Where an account is closed for cause, any balances associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity may be forfeited.
13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement and any disputes arising from or in connection with your use of the tk10e platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. tk10e is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account decision, players should contact our support team in the first instance via live chat. Our team will investigate the matter and provide a written response within five business days.
